The Role
Our evaluators are experienced HR professionals who travel for business or leisure and observe with intent.
Using a structured framework, they assess how well airline staff deliver on brand, behavioural, and service expectations, from check-in to baggage reclaim.
This isn’t mystery shopping. It’s about capturing the reality of service delivery through an expert lens.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking qualified professionals who can bring credibility and clarity to every evaluation.
You should: hold CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification,understand performance, service delivery, and behavioural standards.
Travel regularly (2–4 times per year or more).
Be discreet, observant, and reliable.
Be confident completing structured online evaluations.
